JOB SUMMARY:
KILGORE COMPANIES is a progressive, Utah based heavy construction corporation in the business of sand gravel mining, concrete asphalt manufacturing, material transportation road construction and ready-mix concrete. We're looking for an experienced CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR to: *Prepare project pay requests/billings covering all items *Track and ensure all quantities performed are billed to customer *Administer contracts and documentation with both clients and subcontractors (may include UDOT requirements) *Maintain records for construction projects *Other projects as assigned * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in contract administration * 5+ years of work experience, preferably in contract administration * Expert skill level in Excel * Working skill level in Word * Basic skill level in PowerPoint and Access * Excellent oral and written communication * Project management * Analytics * Manage multiple priorities * Time and schedule management * Self-direction * Detail orientation * General clerical * Interpersonal * Safe driving record * Occasional driving to local project sites * Intermittent data entry and typing * Pay DOE + full benefits at 60 days: * Health, dental, Rx and vision insurance * 401k retirement plan * Health and dependent care flex spending accounts * Company-paid life, short-term long-term disability insurance * Optional additional life insurance Must pass drug test, background check and E-Verify.
