JOB SUMMARY:
Job Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for working with producers on all aspects of assisting with new and renewal books of business. This includes quoting new accounts; preparing applications and supplemental information to submit to carriers; renewing or rewriting policies for the client; preparing proposals to present to clients; requesting endorsements from carriers; endorsement processing; and forming a strong working relationship with company underwriters and clients. The CSR also works with clients and resolves customer concerns. Required Skills: Prior Customer Service experience Knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required Well organized and efficient Customer oriented Intermediate skill level with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook Quick learner Dependable Preferred Qualifications: Property and Casualty Insurance license or willingness to obtain license within first 45 days of hire
