JOB SUMMARY:
CTI Developer October 30, 2012 - December 31, 2012 Location: Salt Lake City, UT Salary Range: D.O.E. Employment Type: Full Time Employer: SOS Technical Description: We are looking for a self managed CTI Developer to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. We expect this to be a long term fit to manage a dialer system and develop additional functioanlity as required. Qualified candidates please submit resumes for consideration. Duties: ? Prepare and maintain complete programming specifications, functional design, and technical design documents. ? Support the testing, debugging and resolution of issues ? Design and implement solutions that integrate the IVR, ACD, CTI, and CRM/COTS applications. ? Provide 24/7 administration, support, and maintenance for all telephony systems. ? Maintain a high degree of business functional knowledge and current call center/contact center technologies. Qualifications: ? Strong experience in IVR application development using AVAYA Dialog Designer (4/5) platform for Avaya Voice Portal Version 4/5. ? In depth understanding of VXML/CCXML, Java, J2EE, Web Services, SOAP. ? Conversant with Eclipse RAD and Apache Tomcat ? Experience in troubleshooting and improving Speech Recognition and Text to Speech Engines. ? Conversant with Nuance ASR and TTS engines. ? 3+ years in full life cycle development and deployment of telephony systems (IVR, ACD, CTI, Call Recording), including AvayaVoicePortal ? 2+ years of Java Development experience ? Previous exposure to Oracle Siebel CRM CTI integration desired. ? Experience integrating IVR applications with different back-end systems, databases, and telephony interfaces. ? PL/SQL knowledge required. Working knowledge of ?postgres and Oracle databases. ? Experience developing applications using Avaya Application Enablement Services. ? Should be Conversant with Avaya Aura Architecture, with knowledge of SIP and H.323. ? Conversant with Avaya products including but not limited to Avaya Communication manager, Avaya SIP Session Manager, Avaya Application Enablement Services, Avaya CT Connect for Siebel, Avaya interaction Center, Avaya Voice Portal Platform and Avaya Call Management System. ? 3+ years of professional experience with strong technical and communication skills. ? Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients. ? Strong time management and organizational skills. ? Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a highly energized and fast-paced environment within a framework of constantly shifting deadlines and deliverables. ? Flexibility to adapt to change and willing to learn and develop new skill sets as applicable.
