Compensation: $44,200 to $65,400 + incentive Job Summary: The Implementation Program Specialist partners with the sales team during the pre-contract sales stage to assist in selling the benefits of the Customer Implementation Services Team and to fully understand customer requirements and IT environments. After receiving the warm hand-off from Sales, upon contract signature, and in accordance with customer-specific requirements, the Specialist conducts or coordinates all implementation activities to ensure PGis software and services are expertly deployed to use our products and install our software onto end-users desktop and personal devices. All activities and communication should create a positive end-user experience and should quickly maximize new customer revenue potential. The Implementation Program Specialist defines and communicates to Provisioning, Training, and Adoption team members, all software and product, communications and training (including Hub and Billing requirements) deployment and implementation requirements. Responsibilities:Interface with customers in final stages of contracting with Sales to gather, collect, and document technical, product, and contract requirements regarding the customers purchase(s) of our companys products, software and services.Coordinate new customer activities with appropriate Implementation Services team members, Sales, other functional departments, and customer points of contact. Keep all parties apprised of customer requirements, deliverables, and timelines Manage implementation activities through pre-sales and post-sales phases in order to drive timely revenue realization, schedule associated training and communication, and provide Adoption team opportunities to expand customer revenue.Provide on-site customer support, respond to customer inquiries, and facilitate connections with appropriate company resources to quickly resolve early-identified problems.Conduct first review of account confirmation, customer communications, training program, and billing for each new customer prior to customer presentation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.Provide metrics as established by manager and department leadership to track and report customer implementation program activities and associated issues and/or opportunities for reporting to both customer and internal stakeholder reporting. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience:2 year Associates degree AND 3 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer implementation, translation of customer requirements into company-specific processes, etc.) OR 6 years of Sales and/or Software Implementation Services Preferred:Bachelors degree 5 years of sales experience 3 years of customer software implementation and project management experience Knowledge, Skill, Abilities:Strong written and oral communications, in addition to customer-facing presentation skillsProject/program management/planning skillsStrong computer systems and technical skills and ability to learn new technical skills/software quicklyAbility to make good business decisions, manage priorities and work well with customers and internal teamsSkilled in identifying how to meet customer requirements with current solutions and processes and negotiate alternatives with customers AA/EOEM/F/D/VDrug-free Workplace PGi participates in E-Verify.
