Study while you work with tuition reimbursement offered. Seeking Part-time Customer Service Rep positions in our customer care center. We are looking for individuals who are capable of managing either English, French, or Spanish speaking customers. We provide innovative financial tools to this market including online shopping, credit counseling, money management, bill payment, account alerts, and much more. Responds to inquiries concerning general information, card based transactions, card functionality, services, fees, authorizations, or any other cardholder related inquires. -Fast paced learning environment with the ability to retain and have a clear understanding of the campaigns, program features, benefits and the procedures. -Attention to Detail -Ability to meet and exceed Quality goals Qualifications: -High School Diploma/GED -1 year of phone customer service/sales experience. -Excellent communication and problem solving skills -Must provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers -Ability to work in a performance driven environment -Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs -Strong communication/ technical skills -Proficient PC Skills
