Job Responsibilities Answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner Be accurate with date entry to ensure quality service Work together with co-workers to ensure quality of work Follow instructions given by management Must arrive on time for scheduled shifts Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow a script and read/comprehend simple instructions Excellent listening skills Ability to write simple correspondence Must be computer literate and able to type at least 30 wpm Ability to become licensed with Life, Health, Accident insurance license (if not, already licensed) This is COMPANY-PAID if you qualify! We are looking for you! Currently, we are seeking individuals who want to provide superior customer service. In this position you would be responsible for assisting senior citizens who are applying for Medicare benefits over the phones. This is a temporary position for 2-3 months with the potential of full-time employment at the end of the contract period! Must pass post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug test.
