JOB SUMMARY:
Summit Financial Resources, located in Salt Lake City, UT, is recognized as a leader in the accounts receivable financing industry. Since 1987, we have been actively engaged in providing financing solutions for businesses and providing working capital for our clients through accounts receivable financing. Summit Financial Resources is looking for highly motivated individuals with entry level Data Entry Specialist experience to join our accounts receivable team. This position will report to the Portfolio Manager/Data Entry Supervisor and is located in Salt Lake City, UT. SUMMARY: Responsible for importing client invoice schedules into industry-specific software. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: ? Import client invoice schedules from Excel or manually key invoice details. ? Solve possible issues with the schedule. ? Verify delivery of goods or services using shipment tracking information or documentation. ? Set auto-credit limits (may eventually have credit authority to make decisions around raising credit limits). ? Assist with phone coverage. ? Assist with other projects as needed.
