JOB SUMMARY:
Position Summary: The Dealer Sales and Service Administrative Representative is responsible for maintaining our dealer employee accounts. This includes sales, customer service, technical product support plus data entry. Additionally they will provide sales admin support and territorial coverage for other departmental functions when needed. Qualifications: Education Required: High School Diploma Preferred: 2 years of college education Work Experience Required: 1-2 years experience in retail or wholesale sales or customer service in outdoor equipment Skills and General Experience: ? Strong customer service and problem solving skills. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Sales and product knowledge are mandatory. ? Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities. ? Experience in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel. Personal Attributes: ? Energetic and outgoing. ? Professional demeanor. ? Responsible and reliable ? Strong attention to detail. Alternative qualification: An active, on-going knowledge of company products or additional work experience would be preferable over additional education
