JOB SUMMARY:

Distribution Specialists are needed for a Salt Lake City employer to transport, handle, identify, and otherwise manage packaged chemical materials. Pull orders, receive product, and assist in maintaining a clean, well organized distribution facility. Must possess the following skills and abilities: * Two (2) or more years of warehouse distribution experience in a chemical manfacturing environment. * The ability to operate a forklift and become certified accordingly. * Knowledge of chemicals, chemical reactions and safe handling processes. * Exposure to inventory control, cycle counting and modern distribution center operations. * Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with supervisors. * Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions. * Demonstrated ability to organize work and follow directions. * Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis, and work in adverse indoor and outdoor conditions. * Must have a high school diploma / GED and the ability to work in a team environment. * Must pass a criminal background check, credit history and a pre-employment drug screen. These are full time positions, salary ranges from $13.00 to $20.00 per hours. Employer offers health, dental, sick leave, vacation, holidays and retirement benefits.
