MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLS (PLCs) IN A HIGH SPEED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT!! STATE LICENSED JOUNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN PREFERRED!!! - Follow all safety guidelines and procedures as required, and understand the Job Safety Analysis for assigned position and machine. - Understands and follows lockout-tagout procedures related to assigned production equipment, conveyors, and associated equipment. - Understands and follows all AIB policies and procedures including, but not limited to, procedures for food safety, housekeeping, personal hygiene, and auditing. - Properly use hand held devices, such as volt meters and other diagnostic devices. Safely and effectively uses hand and power tools. - Use Ladder Logic and other PLC diagrams, and programs and installs PLC devices - Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, electric eyes, proximity switches, and other presence sensing devices - Analyze electrical failures and develop effective solutions - Install conduit, conduit fittings, supports, and pulls wiring - Operates manual lathe, milling machines, tig and stick welders, acetelyne torches, hoists, hydraulic presses, and general maintenance equipment. - Operates man lift and forklift - Analyzes mechanical and hydraulic failures and problems and develops effective solutions - Performs other duties as assigned by the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager. Shift is 7 pm to 7 am, 4 days one week and 3 days the next. Every other Fri, Sat, Sun off. Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer F/M/D/V
