Must be able to interpret detailed specifications and instructions and apply independent judgment. They are involved in product development and will be required to read and interpret engineering specifications from text, drawings and computer-aided drafting systems and how to use a variety of tools and precision measuring instruments. Required Skills / Qualifications: High School Diploma, 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Basic understanding and interpretation of technical and detailed documentation; blue prints; schematics and mechanical drawings; basic CCA soldering skills; and mechanical hardware specifications. Individual must have the ability to do accurate work at a rapid pace. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Willingness to work with engineering department on new product design and documentation. Willing to support and the team in working overtime as required, including weekends and holidays. Well organized, ability to work alone, and basic computer skills are helpful. Applicant will be required to obtain and retain the necessary certifications required for an assembly position
