JOB SUMMARY:
Encompass Development Director needed for a Murray employer. JOB SUMMARY: * Primary leadership and management role for the 360 Encompass System development teams (development managers, software engineers, product analysts and quality analysts), which includes hiring, establishing and tracking goals and objectives, assigning workload, training, and facilitating the performance review process * Work closely with Business and Marketing team on product requirements and quality. * Drive the technical direction and priorities for 360 Encompass System. * Analyze and drive continuous process improvement, excellence in product quality and team communications. * Develop and manage department budgets to meet business objectives. * Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to achieve business unit goals and objectives. * Recognize the achievement and contributions of others. * Create an atmosphere of innovation, risk taking, teamwork, and high productivity. REQUIRED SKILLS: * Bachelor's Degree. * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science and/or Information Systems from an accredited University. * Minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience. * Minimum of 1+ years experience within Healthcare IT software industry. * Minimum of 1+ years experience with budget development and oversight. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: * Proven leadership, organization and planning ability. * Proven change management skills. * Solid background in technologies relevant to software development and deployment. * Strong collaboration and team management skills. * Proven ability to facilitate growth by sponsoring and championing new products, programs, and ideas through the encouragement of innovation. * Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to coach and assist in the development of others. Employer will arrange work schedule. Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications.
