This position provides assistive care to patients. The incumbent facilitates the efficient delivery of patient care, supports the professional role of the licensed staff, and provides support and assistance as directed by licensed staff in rendering basic healthcare to the patient. This position also assists with clerical functions as a multi-skilled auxiliary worker. Watch our Video Responsibilities: - Follows the project lifecycle methodology on assigned projects and tasks. - Works with all clinical, business and IT constituents in positive, supportive and collaborative team manner. - Directs and develops the preparation of functional and technical software specifications that reflect an in depth understanding of the business and end- user requirements while also considering the IT standards and technical direction. - Assesses risk, cost, schedule, and resource trade off when considering alternative IT solutions. - Completes project and department deliverables as directed by ITS leadership. - Analyzes design alternatives and makes appropriate design decisions. - May have responsibilities that include duties related to project analysis and planning, small to medium project management, along with daily operational activities associated with the assigned systems, applications and projects. - Delegates systems issues to junior resources for resolution. Provides guidance as on priority. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities - Must be a technical expert in areas subject matter demonstrated by documented experience in analysis, process design and workflow, research, installation/implementation and support of software applications and systems. - Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. - Proven ability to deliver IT solutions through the entire systems development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support). - Knowledge/Experience with reporting, data warehousing and business intelligence tools - Proven prior experience working on project team(s), health care system administration, financial and/or clinical systems support and maintenance as well as general knowledge of major health care information issues. Qualifications: Required - Bachelorapos;s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or Equivalent. - Six to Eight years in programming and systems analysis with proven prior experience in systems application process and workflow analysis. - Advance SQL and PL/SQL skills*LI-AD1 Qualifications (Preferred): Experience in surgical and/or cardiovascular systems preferred (GE Centricity Perioperat
