The Manager is responsible for the store exceeding customer service expectations, financial results, and is ultimately accountable for all store activities. Managers must be relentless in the execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Managers supervise the performance of their Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew. Qualifications ? Must be able to work 50 hours per week; must be available to work a variable shift (openings, mid-day shifts and closings) from week-to-week ? 2-5 years managerial experience within a food company ? High School Diploma over 18 years old required, College Degree preferred ? Dependable transportation with Valid Driver's License and Insurance ? Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft and POS software ? Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs through-out assigned shift ? Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from 40? F to -10? F (walk-in cooler freezer) Benefits ?
