JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for two new employees to help us in our finance office. We offer a full time position with excellent benefits. This is a normal day shift and you would be helping to scan medical records into the system, data entry, mailing, running reports, internet research and other projects as needed. The experience needed is at least 6 months within a medical setting where you worked with patient records or billing or claims. A general understanding of how a medical bill is created and the process it goes through until it is paid. This would be a fabulous opportunity for a new graduate of a medical billing and coding program and if you are interested in becoming a certified professional medical coder - this would be a great opportunity for you to jump start your career. Must have at least 1 year of general office / clerical support and 6 months of any kind of medical experience along with excellent typing skills and must know how to use Excel. We have two positions one is paying $11.50 and the other is $12.50.
