Position Description: Looking for a motivated tire, lube and general service technician that can also handle customer sales at the counter. Responsibilities will include: -Mounting, balancing and installation of passenger and light truck tires. -Inspecting vehicles for safety and any necessary repairs. -Completing oil and lubrication services. -Assisting in stocking and counting of inventory. -Maintaining cleanliness of shop. -Selling products and services to the customer. This position is designed to be an entry level position into the automotive repair profession. Ideal candidate will be someone whose goal is to be a certified ASE mechanic. Initial responsibilities will be those described above as well as handling the overflow of basic repair work such as brake jobs, fluid flushes, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills are must. Previous sales experience is desired. If you desire to become an automotive mechanic this would be an ideal starting point for you. Position Requirements: -Work Schedule: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm -Months of Experience: 6-12 -Lifting Requirement: 50 to 75 lbs -Driver License: Standard Endorsements The applicant selected for this position must pass a pre-employment drug test.
