JOB SUMMARY:
Guest Service Agents are needed for hotel located in the Salt Lake International Center. Major Duties: * Receive, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. * Receive payment; verify and adjust billing. * Assign rooms and activate room keys. * Process all guest requests and relay messages. * Keep records of occupied rooms and guest's accounts. * Accept and record wake-up call requests. * Provide guests with general information of hotel amenities and local areas of interests. * Must be computer literate and have customer service skills. Full time position, days and hours will be arranged by the employer. $8.50 - $10 per hour, depending on experience.
