Health Plan Enrollment Advisor $16.50/hour Salt Lake City, UT An innovative, National Health Insurance Company is looking to hire multiple Enrollment Advisors. An active Health Insurance License is an absolute requirement. As a medicare Part D Enrollment Advisor you will assist customers in online enrollment process for Medicare part D plans. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism and providing a great customer experience to all customers, while consistently meeting and/or exceeding certain enrollment and call center metrics. Responsibilities: Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in the process of filling out part D enrollment applications Meet daily and monthly enrollment and performance goals. Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment. Assist seniors in understanding the Part D enrollment process, and walk them through each step of the application. Meet all compliance rules set forth by eheath, our carrier partners and CMS. Qualifications: Active health insurance license is an absolute requirement. Successful track record of goal achievement. Experience selling Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D plans a plus Excellent oral, written communications, and customer relationship skills Excellent computer software skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Project and internet skills. Must be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently Outstanding organizational and time management skills Call center experience preferred Will consider part time schedules 20+ hours/week
