HIS Engagement Manager needed for a Murray area employer. Job Summary Primary responsibilities will include the following: * Provide day to day oversight of the implementation process for clients who have purchased company 360 Encompass. * Relationship coordinator to foster a partnership between company HIS and the client. * Communicate internal and external messages, enacting one central point of contact. * Client implementation management through process oversight, status updates, and support management. * Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency. * Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client's management team. * 50% Travel required REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic Qualifications * High School Diploma * Minimum of 3 years experience within Healthcare IT software industry Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills * The ability to work in fast-paced environments and maintain excellent customer relations skills Wage and schedule arranged with employer.
