JOB SUMMARY:
HIS Product Marketing Manager (1207922) needed for a Murray employer. Job Summary: * Marketing Plan - Lead all launch and marketing activities for new and existing products, driving marketing strategy and tactics; Deliver on top line and bottom line plan. * Market and Competitive Intelligence - Analyze market, competitive, customer and win/losses to drive effective decision-making; be the expert on the customer, competition and market; act as the "voice of the customer" within the organization. * Conducts in-depth "Voice of Customer" - Know the user, buyer personas and process, understand current and future needs; drives customer-focused decision-making; Thinks from the outside in. * Bold Product Launches - Responsible for the New Product Introduction process and launch plan for new products; process includes strong collaboration, executive communication, VOC, marketing strategy and execution. * Strong Marketing Execution - Develops market segmentation and targeting strategies; Identifies market opportunities, develops and executes campaigns to achieve business goals, tracks and measures results. * Data Analysis - Able to analyze large amounts of customer, sales, and market data, draw conclusions, identify opportunities and develop an action plan; conducts in depth analysis including industry, pricing, and customer data. * Positioning and Messaging - Build data-driven ROI story, product positioning, market segmentation and messaging that differentiates products in the market and from the competition, and resonates with customers. * Drives Thought Leadership - Works with key opinion leaders, trade organizations, and key customers; leverages innovative and social technology. * Market and Product Requirements - Develop key market requirements in collaboration with customers and communicate to the software development team. * Product Portfolio Management and Roadmap - Manage product portfolio, and determine opportunities for bundling; Drives short and long-term roadmap. * Enables Sales Organization - Communicate the value proposition of products to the sales. REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic Qualifications. * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing from an accredited university. * Minimum 3+ years of healthcare software product marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business with an emphasis in Marketing. * Experience and proven success at managing, launching and marketing products * Broad knowledge of healthcare, Health Information Management and/or healthcare IT industry and trends. * Ability to excel in a complex, cross-functional and dynamic work environment. * Key characteristics include strategic thinker, creative, assertive, analytical, action-oriented, methodical, clear writing and messaging ability, fast learner, strong business acumen, excellent presentation skills. * Working style is able to prioritize, multi-task, focus on goals, takes accountability and manages time well. * Passionate, team player that energizes and leads others. * High integrity and work ethic are expected and highly valued.
