JOB SUMMARY:
HR Specialist October 25, 2012 - November 25, 2012 Location: Salt Lake City, UT Salary Range: TBD Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Benefits: Yes Employment Type: Full Time Employer: Clearlink Description: As the HR Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Human Resources team. You will be working closely with the VP of HR and other HR team members to provide support on the day-to-day administration of policies and programs, as well as assist with any recruiting needs necessary. Your focus will be to ensure compliance with any applicable regulations/laws, company policies, and administration of employee benefits. Duties: The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordinating of human resources activities with specialized support for Employee Benefits and Compensation programs. This person will be responsible for preparation and communcation to employees about benefit programs, procedures, claims, and any other government mandated disclosures. You will assist with audits of employee beneftis and compensation data to ensure accuracy, including service from third-party vendors. The ideal candidate for this position will be team oriented, proactive, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
