JOB SUMMARY:
A fast growing HVAC Wholesale Distributor in the Salt Lake area is looking for an experienced, dedicated, passionate, hard working outside sales representative interested in a career selling HVAC products. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 24 months outside sales experience. HVAC experience is preferred, but not required. In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by management. Customer Relations ? Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established in consultation with branch management ? Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers to include key accounts ? Present new products to customers ? Ensure follow up with customers on orders and inquiries ? Maintain and update customer pricing ? Ensure customer satisfaction ? Promote company capabilities to customers ? Promote Marketing Department promotions and programs to customers ? Develop and maintain vendor relations ? Explain company policies and procedures ? Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely basis Leadership ? Involved in training other associates and acting as a mentor ? Monitor sales trends and product performance results ? Coach inside sales associates on account planning ? Continually enhance sales skills in order to promote a professional image Other ? Maintain communication with management with regards to pricing issues in the market place ? Maintain communication with management by developing weekly itinerary/call reports ? Provide support and feedback to Warehouse Manager on shipping issues ? Provide support and feedback to Credit Department as it relates to customer accounts ? Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ? Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company ? Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company ? Assist in conducting physical inventories ? Work overtime as needed
