Responsibilities: Professionalism! Team-player! Motivator! Aid in finding qualified carriers to handle brokered freight. Negotiate freight rates that become a win-win for EBG and our clients. Build relationships with shippers and carriers. Track and monitor loads to clients. Create new alternatives to reduce operating costs for the company. Requirements: Experience in dispatching and freight brokerage business Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Proven computer skills; Load Board/Routing Software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Strong negotiation skills Proven professional communication, persuasion, and customer service skills Demonstrated planning, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate extreme peak demands and time pressures Willingness to follow procedures; Team player Benefits: ?
