THE POSITION: The Inside Sales Representative works with organizations by providing solutions to their hardware and software needs. You will be a resource for CEOs, CIOs, IT directors, and other professionals in helping find, architect, manage, and procure IT solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Take sales orders, maintain customer accounts, and resolve customer concerns ? Manage entire sales cycle across customer accounts ? Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities ? Business-to-business sales responsible for gaining new market share ? Articulate and position VLCM partner products, services, and solutions to key decision makers REQUIREMENTS: ? IT and or Sales experience a plus, but not required ? Excellent communication and customer orientation ? Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement ? Demonstrated organization, flexibility, and adaptability ? Familiar with computer programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook COMPENSATION: ? $30-$55k (DOE) ? Medical, dental, and vision benefits ? Holiday and paid time off ?
