IVR CTI Developer

JOB SUMMARY:
IVR amp; CTI Developer Pay: D.O.E We are looking for a self managed CTI Developer to join our team in Salt Lake City. This position will be managing a dialer system, and will be developing additional functionality as necessary. Job duties include: bull; Prepare and maintain complete programming specifications, functional design, and technical design documents. bull; Support the testing, debugging and resolution of issues bull; Design and implement solutions that integrate the IVR, ACD, CTI, and CRM/COTS applications. bull; Provide 24/7 administration, support, and maintenance for all telephony systems. bull; Maintain a high degree of business functional knowledge and current call center/ contact center technologies. TECHNICAL SKILLS bull; Strong experience in IVR application development using AVAYA Dialog Designer (4/5) platform for Avaya Voice Portal Version 4/5. bull; In depth understanding of VXML/CCXML, Java, J2EE, Web Services, SOAP. bull; Conversant with Eclipse RAD and Apache Tomcat Open Date:
