Responsibilities As a Lighting Specialistamp;amp;#44; you will: * Drive lighting sales inside and outside the showroom in the market * Facilitate training showroom consultants on productsamp;amp;#44; salesamp;amp;#44; systems and operations * Develop relationships with vendors and their representatives. Schedule and coordinate showroom visitsamp;amp;#44; FEI personnel trainingamp;amp;#44; visits to key accounts with FEI sales associates and all open house and showroom functions * Develop relationships with and understand the process of delivery and value added services associated with lighting * Define and execute showroom market strategy for the lighting business * Attend association meetings coordinated with associateamp;apos;s individual responsibilities for attending association meetings (NKBAamp;amp;#44; ASIDamp;amp;#44; NARIamp;amp;#44; and local building associations) Qualifications Prior experience in Lighting Salesamp;amp;#44; especially within our industry is required * A strong sales presence * Problem solvingamp;amp;#44; leadership and listening skills * Product and vendor knowledge * 5+ years of lighting experience is required About Us Ferguson showrooms offer the ultimate experience for customers selecting products for their home.
