JOB SUMMARY:
Line Cook position available for a Salt Lake restaurant. Must have current food handlers permit with current valid ID for the position. Must be proficient in the kitchen, including the use of cutlery and other equipment. Would prefer someone with own knives. Must be able to identify different cuts of meat and have worked with different cuts of meat. Must have knowledge of proper cooking/holding temperatures of meat. Must be able to work in high volume and fast paced environment and multitask. Must be able to understand instructions and follow through. Must be organized. Be able to follow instruction, dependable, and trustworthy. This is a PM position between the hours of 3:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Expect at least 30 hours a week. Starting wage is $10 per hour, but will be evaluated after hire.
