Responsible for detailed review of loan accounts in any one of the following operations: pre-bankruptcy, extension/deferral request, reschedules, insurance repair claims, approval or decline of the right of setoff, cease and desist processing. Basic Qualifications: 6+ months administrative experience or interacting with customers/people. Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ year of general collection experience. - Understanding of Wells Fargo Policies. - Ability to handle detailed work in a high volume environment, - Must have strong typing and computer skills. - Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new processes, open and receptive to change, ability to work in a team oriented environment and dependable. - Must be able to work extended hours when necessary. - Knowledge of Auto Finance Preferred Skills: - Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products - Bi-lingual Spanish speaking - Know and understand the FFIEC regulations.
