JOB SUMMARY:

First to respond to all trouble calls, assess all problems, identify appropriate resources needed for problem resolution and oversee repairs. Performs repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on building and facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems. Duties may be electrical, plumbing/pipe fitting, welding, sheet metal, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and HVAC. Troubleshoots and conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance actions.
