JOB SUMMARY:
Maintenance Manager. Must have a proven track record in maintenance. Possess excellent skills on maintenance, be trust worthy, be quick on solving issues with proper and cost effective solutions, have knowledge in creating Budgets, be a good negotiator with vendors, be detail and consistent, be responsible and reliable, have good communication skills, have knowledge in Microsoft Office and have a strong time-management. Have an upbeat attitude with an emphasis on customer service be a team player. EXCELLENT SALARY BENEFITS. Must have a High School diploma or Equivalent. Our Property Management is a great place to work, with great employees, a great concept of team, and excellent opportunities to grow. We only manage properties that we owned and we are proud of the difference that we make in the market.
