Weapos;apos;re looking forward to meeting you! Maintain production equipment and perform preventative maintenance with little to no direct supervision. Perform repairs and troubleshooting on all production equipment. Installation of electrical lines. Installation of plumbing Control the preventative maintenance program. Installation and design of new equipment. Small tool repair. Fabrication and repair of parts and new equipment. Repair and fabricate welding on steel aluminum and cast materials. Advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronics circuitry. Repair and troubleshooting of HVAC systems. Repair and troubleshooting of vacuum, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems Manufacturing plant-working conditions wherein composite materials, resins and other chemicals are used. Frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds. Bending, twisting and good manual dexterity. Considerable standing with quick physical movements required, reacting to emergencies. Working with and around fumes, chemicals, solvents, resins adhesives and composite dust. Wearing of safety equipment, as required. Required Experience: High school diploma or GED 2 -5 Years maintenance or construction skilled trades experience. Mechanical aptitude. Advanced computer skills. Completion of Trade School or apprenticeship program. Troubleshooting and repair on all production and support equipment using advanced skills under limited supervision.
