This position provides maintenance and general handyman services to our partner communities. This includes 24/7 support and on-call duties as assigned. Responsibilities include: ? Provide quality and efficient maintenance services to our partner communities ? Review, initiate and complete daily roster of work orders ? Be prepared for each job assigned (including having the right tools) ? Communicate any problems or additional work necessary as a result of the property visit/repair ? Report and track hours on a daily basis ? Turn in and document receipts for all purchases ? Properly operate and maintain FCS Community Management equipment and vehicles, and report any deficiencies ? Be willing to assist with any after-hours emergency as necessary ? Be the on-call technician on a rotating basis Knowledge: This position requires knowledge in the following areas: ? Maintenance Skills: Basic handyman skills-occasional drywall repairs, painting, simple plumbing, electrical. License plumber or electrician a plus. ? Some tools required ? Knowledge of basic HOA governance ? Valid driver's license and clean driving record Skills: The incumbent must possess the following skills: ? Ability to handle multiple projects at once ? Ability to assess a maintenance problem and efficiently work to complete ? Ability to meet deadlines and work under stressful situations ? Must be able to complete jobs with little or no supervision Personal Attributes: The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: ? Honesty and integrity ? Positive attitude ? Pass a background check ?
