JOB SUMMARY:
Maintenance Worker II to perform apartment building maintenance repairs and grounds maintenance. Monthly salary: $2,668 with excellent benefits. Minimum qualifications include five paid work experience in a particular building trade relevant to the category or type of maintenance required and/or apartment building maintenance. Education in a building trade may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Knowledge of hand and power tools and the methods and materials used in general repair work on residential structures. Proven ability to perform the task being required for the particular position. Ability to orally communicate in English and understand verbal instructions given in English. Possession of a valid Utah driver's license.
