Business Title Manager, Account Manager 2 Requisition No. 65609BR Category Customer Support Subsidiary eBay Position Area US - Utah - Salt Lake City Position Location Draper Utah Shift Day Primary Job Responsibilities Lead Teams that consists of Fashion Account Management teammates, specifically leading 2 Supervisors and their Key Account Managers along with direct leadership of Fashion Strategic Account Mangers. This Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of NA Account Management to support strategic objectives, business requirements, and have responsibility for improving/maintaining performance against the Global Account Management and Business Unit objectives. This position will execute these responsibilities through leadership and management of Account Management for Fashion Top Accounts/Customers. * Partner on developing and implementing operating methods and procedures to grow seller GMV, meet aggressive goals and targets, meet customer satisfaction/resolution, and business development and support business objectives and initiatives. * Directly manage a team of supervisors and account managers to meet and exceed company Revenue, GMV, eTRS, Satisfaction/Resolution, and business development goals. * Be an active member of the NA GAM leadership team providing leadership support to the entire NA GAM team. * Ensure that global measurements are aligned, supported, and in place to track/monitor business results. * Primary day-to-day contact for Director Manager and Operations Leadership for results, questions, and status requests. * Create engaged workplace culture and promote initiatives to inspire high morale, employee retention and job satisfaction. * Identify levers (call/business strategy, training, tools/job aids, etc.) that will help the teams meet targets and objectives; and work with operations team to prioritize, focus and execute against these areas. * Coach and Develop Supervisors and Account Managers to higher performance. * Organize and participate in regular monitoring, side-by-side sessions and focus groups to provide continuous improvement to programs and add qualitative insight to reports. Develop regular written program updates summarizing accomplishments, opportunities for improvement against program, objectives, and recommended next steps, based on analysis and observation. Job Requirements BS/MS or equivalent experience required. 6+ years management experience managing cross-functional account management, sales, or relationship management teams. 3+ years related operations experience specifically with a focus on providing outstanding sales and service in a multi-channel contact or sales/account management environment. Successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales and service goals in a high growth, ecommerce business. Preferred experience in the Fashion industry. Preferred experience in Account Relationship Management. Strong leadership, motivation and people skills. Ability to handle demanding, stressful situations in a professional manner. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
