Summary The trainer position will oversee assigned lines to include daily personnel training, scheduled departmental training, maintenance of training documentation, and to assure standardized work creation and implementation. These duties are required to be completed timely and in an organized fashion. This position will be a working job in production and will include line operations, set ups, and cleaning as required. Essential Duties and responsibilities( include but not limited to): The trainer will follow all plant safety policies and procedures.Trainer will coordinate the training of hourly associates in their roles and responsibilities to meet plant objectives in safety , quality, cost and customer service.They will provide technical support for troubleshooting/ problem solving activities to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime.This position will set the example so that all associates mantain good manufacturing practices (GMP) and professional appearance.The trainer will be an integral part of promoting employee engagement and development to maximize safety, quality, productivity goal attainment.The position will help initiate cost savings by eliminating waste and providing best methods of work.The trainer is to help ensure all quality, regulatory standards, specifications, and policies are met or exceeded.This position will enter data pertaining to standard work, training, employee progress and completion, and maintain future training schedules.
