JOB SUMMARY:
Aerotek is currently seeking for an experience Maintenance Mechanic Manager for a company specialized in the processing of perishable foods.The maintenance mechanic manager must have at least 5-10 years of solid work history and knowledge of managing and leading a team of maintenance mechanics, must have experience scheduling, budgeting, and troubleshooting equipment as pertain to automated production and food processing machinery. The maintenance mechanic must have experience with mechanical, electrical 480 three phase and extensive knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting preferable in the high tech food processing field.The ideal candidate must have experience working in a food processing environment or must be willing to work in such environment (heavy industrial is not applicable).
