JOB SUMMARY:
National Sales Assistant needed for a Salt Lake City employer. Responsible for entering orders received from our national advertisers, communicating regularly with the national agencies, communicating regularly with the national sales manager, and communicating as needed with other departments. This job requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks under deadline. Must have a high level of organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet. Experience in administrative support is preferred. Broadcast sales, media buying or agency experience is very helpful. 1 to 2 years experience preferred.
