JOB SUMMARY:

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position will support our SaaS infrastructure in the Salt Lake City datacenter which will include network designs, implementation, monitoring, and problem solving and troubleshooting. Position requires a high degree of motivation and knowledge to monitor our production sensitive, 24/7 SaaS infrastructure environment. Responsibilities ? Administration of all LAN and WAN devices including firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, network storage devices. ? Design and administration of load balancing infrastructures such as TopLayer, F5 BigIP, etc. ? Design, configuration, and administration of VoIP and QoS environments. ? Network high availability designs and plans ? Ensure that all networks are secure 24/7 ? Oversee system upgrades, backups, recovery ? Provide network equipment provisioning ? Ability to manage WAN/infrastructure objects ? Accurately document complex network environments ? Be available to participate in and on-call support rotation and non-business hour change Requirements ? BS in Computer Science or Information Technology and seven (7) or more years of related experience in support of networks, systems, firewalls, routers, switches, voice, and video, T1, ? Excellent grasp of internet and network security ? Proficient with SQL, MS Office. ? Excellent understanding of VPN ? Experience with implementing packet captures and analysis of packet dumps ? Ability to review processes and procedures on the network and make recommendations to management ? Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Maintain the firm standards as they apply to information, data, network, and systems security. ?
