Job Description This RN position at Primary Childrenapos;apos;s Medical Center works to improve patient satisfaction and protects company assests by managing patient relationships and identifying, resolving and preventing compensable events. This position oversees patient relationship interactions within the assigned facility or facilities (additional locations, including clinics or physician offices may be assigned) and may have responsibility for supervising an Office Coordinator or Assistant Patient Relations Representatives. Minimum Requirements * Current RN licensure in the state of Utah. * Bachelorapos;apos;s Degree (Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.) * Two years of clinical nursing experience or as a Customer/Patient Relations Rep in Risk Management. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience and demonstrated competence in solving problems and liaising between multiple stakeholders. * Proficient in use of word processing software. Physical Requirements * Hearing/Listening, Manual Dexterity, Seeing, Speaking, Sitting. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelorapos;apos;s Degree in Nursing.(Intermountain verifies both degree attainment and educational institution accreditation following an offer of employment.) * Experience in formal business letter composition and report writing. * Experience with word processing or electronic medical records. * Supervisory experience. * Experience in customer relations and service recovery principles. * Experience in program development or ability to take program to next level. * Experience in a pediatric hospital seetting.
