JOB SUMMARY:
Part-time Customer Service Representative needed for a Sugarhouse employer. This position would be working in the employee benefits of growing independent insurance agency offering benefits to individuals and groups in the Sugarhouse area. We do not cold call any clients and this person needs to be honest, pay very strict attention to detail and accuracy and wants to work in a professional setting. You would be required to learn the various insurance products from Blue Cross, Select Health; Humana Altius (will train). SOME OF THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Be able to analyze health insurance products and provide solutions for client's needs. -Be able to answer questions from client's calls and emails from current benefits on a day to day basis. -Provide outstanding customer service and must have strong organization skills. -Will be working in a professional office servicing existing and new client's book of business. -Prepare spreadsheets, plan comparison for clients for new and renewal business Position is part time and could turn in to full time based on work performance. Wage starts at $12 per hour.
