JOB SUMMARY:
Sell parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order. Ensure that all charge sales are signed by the customer. Ensure that all customers receive their copy of the invoice. Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified. Responsible for core returns. Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. Solicit assigned accounts by phone. Participate in all training programs that are made available. Keep current on new products and product updates. Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program. Personal computer skills, familiarity with accounting and other software for dealer operations. AA and EO Employer.
