JOB SUMMARY:

Primary Responsibilities: ? Perform dispensing, manufacturing and packaging operations following approved batch records and/or manufacturing instructions. ? Set up, change over, program and operate various manufacturing equipment and processes including, but not limited to: mixers, granulators, dryers, mills, tablet compression equipment, holder assemblers, blister formers and sealers, packagers and labelers. ? Perform routine troubleshooting and cleaning of complex machine parts and equipment. ? Ensure production/packaging areas and work areas conform to cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures and Corporate Policies. Maintain the GMP areas in a state of control at all times. ? Clean facilities, equipment and utensils as required following written Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. ? Complete documentation required in the production of product and the cleaning of facilities and equipment, following cGMP?s and good documentation practices. ? Complete all SOP / cGMP / EHS training Curriculum requirements and keep 100% compliance with Compliance Wire training assignments. ? Execute daily tasks in a safe environment following Standard Operational Procedures and Policies. ? Assist in recommending and writing Standard Operating Procedures. ? Assist in identifying potentially hazard conditions in our operations. ? Train and provide guidance to manufacturing and packaging operators as assigned. ? Perform other duties as assigned by Area Supervision. Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience with a scientific background with a minimum of 0 to 3 years manufacturing experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, or food processing industry. Must have mechanical abilities.
