The Pricing Specialist supports the store leadership team by executing strategies that consistently meet and exceed company standards. The Pricing Specialist drives for the efficient execution of company defined best practices and productivity standards in markdowns, signing, marketing and Item of the Week. The Pricing Specialist ensures a seamless customer experience. Pricing Specialist supports the onlging pricing and promotional integrity of the store and my support shop concepts and drive sales within the department. Required Skills: Able to work independently, demonstrates time management and organization skills, demonstrates a passion for customer service, verbal and written communicatio skills, attention to detail, able to multi-task, excellent delegation and follow up skills, conflict management and resolution skills, visual merchandising skills and business comprehension. Requires HS diploma, 2 year college or equivalent work experience preferred, prior experience working within a team desired, and must be at least 18 years of age. Lifting to 50 lbs. Must be able to close two nights a week (during the week), able to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as needed. See full job description on web site.
