This position starts as soon as possible. This is a fast paced work environment that requires someone who is able to follow instructions, make few mistakes and work quickly. Must bea albe to do basic math. This is temporary to hire position based on Attendance, Performance, Safety and a good Attitude. Good pay, good benefits and a good place to work. Only apply if you are a good worker and you are dependable. Position rotates through the following positions. Bucket Room 1. Performs washing and cleaning tasks as identified for the bucket washer. 2. Ensure that buckets and equipment are returned to their appropriate area in a sanitary condition. 3. Take out garbage and clean lunchroom Mixer tasks 1. Mix ingredients according to mixing reports. 2. Check and inventory batches and equipment prior to mixing. 3. Communicate with Team Leader, quality, operators and maintenance regarding product quality and equipment operation. 4. Cover all equipment and product when not running. 5. Measure and communicate excessive waste or batch losses to Team Leader and QA and identify methods that will decrease spillage and waste. 6. Complete paperwork at end of shift. Prescale tasks 1. Scale ingredients accurately and prevent spillage 2. Communicate and work well with warehouse, fellow associates, operator and team leaders. 3. Stack and wrap pallets properly 4. Complete paperwork 5. Check batches ready for production. 6. Communicate with following shift any information critical to production. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE 1. Must be at least 18 years of age. 2. Must be able to read and communicate in English. 3. Must maintain a good attendance and safety record.
