This position is responsible for applying their extensive knowledge of performance improvement practices, methodologies, project management, and change management to develop, coordinate and execute projects and initiatives toward the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Leads system-wide efforts to improve clinical and operational performance and implement optimal new programs or processes. - Develops, coordinates and executes projects and initiatives aligned to achieve the organizations goals. - Drives the implementation of the projects or strategies. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities - Demonstrated potential ability to perform the essential functions as outlined above. - Ability to apply extensive knowledge of performance improvement practices, methodologies, project management, and change management. - Knowledge in organization development disciplines in Total Quality Management; Six Sigma, Lean or other performance improvement practices. - Demonstrated analytical and communication skills. - Demonstrated computer skills including database analysis. - Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. - Ability to be a results oriented self-starter. - Ability to multi-task. Qualifications: Required - Bachelorapos;s degree in Engineering; Industrial or Management Engineering or related field. - Three years experience leading Quality, Performance Improvement, and/or Project Management Initiatives leading cross functional project teams. - Health care experience.
