JOB SUMMARY:
Role amp;amp; Responsibility:- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs. - Coordinate and develop planning, analysis and reporting for internal and external customers - Work with third party vendors to develop and maintain vendor management metrics - Maintain filing and tracking tools in accordance with accepted practices - Undertake other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time - Comply with ICON administrative, training and human resources policies - Ability and willingness to travel at least 10% of the time (international and domestic: fly and drive) - To establish tools to manage ICL Logistics financial reporting. - To work with the sales and proposal teams to develop metrics and reporting requirements in support of ICLamp;apos;s business. - To support vendor assessment and management activities as may be required - Improve and maintain logistics tools and tables - Develop and maintain reports and tools utilizing market trends, voice of the customer, shipment temperatures, cities, countries, therapies, etc... - Perform ad hoc client analyses to assist sales and Operations in client review and bid defense meetings - Special projects as needed - To direct the day to day management of the function in a manner consistent with SOPamp;apos;s regulations and ICLamp;apos;s policies - Proficient in Microsoft EXCEL, PowerPoint and Access - Ability to quickly identify, relate and analyse large volumes of data from disparate data sources - Previous Managerial experience is a plus Experience and Qualifications:- Minimum 4 year degree in business, finance or accounting - Post graduate degrees/certifications preferred - Minimum of 6 years business experience in financial analysis, logistics, or process improvementsCome to ICON and be an important part of a well respected and growing company that believes the details of your career are every bit as critical as the work you do.
