General Summary:This position coordinates multiple activities within the Account Management Team to support our System Lease clients. The job includes working closely with Account Management, Client Product Managers, Engineering, FS Regulatory, Configuration, Clinical Validation, Operations and Leased Clients to ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met. Essential Responsibilities: amp;amp;Oslash; Assist with communication of product plans and roadmaps to the System Lease Clientsamp;amp;Oslash; Assist the System Lease Account Management teams with managing the clientamp;apos;s expectation and providing the appropriate communicationamp;amp;Oslash; Works closely with the Client Product Managers providing support as neededamp;amp;Oslash; Provide support to the System Lease Clients utilizing RMA to develop their AA rulesamp;amp;Oslash; Assist in the creation of documentation to support System Lease Client specific requestsamp;amp;Oslash; Assist with development and validation of business requiements for System Lease Client specific CSRs.amp;amp;Oslash; Coordinate with Service Bureau Product Mgmt to validate the requirements for other CSRs meet the System Lease Client needs.amp;amp;Oslash; Assist in specical projects as requested by the Client and Account Management.amp;amp;Oslash; Understanding of the clientamp;apos;s specific workflows to ensure satisfaction of the Coventry systemes such as; BR4 products.amp;amp;Oslash; Participate as needed in Stewardship meetings. amp;amp;Oslash; Performs other duties as required. Job Specifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.BS degree or equivalent experience.Experience with software development.Experience in a leased software sales environment.Demonstrated success defining requirements based on clientamp;apos;s needs.5 years of experience with Workers Compensation industry.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as well as presentation communication skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent teamwork skills.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.Must be able to travel nationwide. - Coventry Health Care is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to building a talented and diverse team. -
