JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for support of the development and implementation of the product line. Supports product related needs of franchisees, carriers and Support Staff. Analysis and reporting responsibilities include the development, collection, analysis and distribution of customer, system and franchise data. Specifically this includes the preparation of reports on system performance and for supporting sales and marketing with statistical reporting and analysis of business trends and developments. The position requires excellent verbal communication skills, critical thinking ability, flexibility and attention to detail including follow-through.
