Project Accountant October 26, 2012 - November 26, 2012 Location: Salt Lake City, UT Salary Range: $50-60K DOE Employment Type: Full Time Employer: Prince, Perelson amp; Associates Description: We are offering an exciting opportunity as the Project Accountant in a rapidly growing company. We have an incredible core team, and look forward to adding another key person to the team. The Project Accountant will play an important role within the Accounting department administering and coordinating various accounting and administrative responsibilities. The core of this position will be working on all accounting functions for each individual development entity. This personal will also coordinate closely with the company controller to oversee accuracy and provide timely reporting. Use of QuickBooks, Timberline, and Excel are vital components to this position. Job Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following: ? Managing Books for individual development entities including month end closes ? Monthly budgeting ? Coordinating and preparing lien releases ? Managing and resolving all construction draws and payables Key Requirements: ? Bachelors degree in accounting ? 3-5 years of accounting experience in the real estate/construction industry ? Excellent Microsoft Excel skills ? Experience in QuickBooks is required. Timberline experience preferred.
