JOB SUMMARY:

Primary authority and responsibility for project safety, budget, schedule, quality and stuff during the entire project. Must understand contracts and contractual requirements, be able to accurately estimate change orders and assist Estimating department when required and develop successful client relationships. Must have excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for the job. Computers skills are required with specific experience working with MS Office and Oracle Primavera (or similar) project tracking software. Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience required. Experience in managing industrial projects and relevant degree preferred. Travel and/or relocation may be required.
